Terms and Conditions of Sale for Carisol Group Int'l

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging in any transaction with Carisol Group Int'l. By purchasing a motor vehicle from us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Sale of Vehicles:

1. All vehicles are sold on an "as-is" basis. Carisol Group Int'l makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the condition, quality, or performance of the vehicles, except as otherwise stated in writing.
2. The vehicles offered for sale are located in a bonded warehouse and must be cleared from customs prior to delivery. Carisol Group Int'l will arrange for the necessary customs clearance upon receipt of full payment.
3. The prices of the vehicles listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes, customs duties, registration fees, or other charges. You are responsible for paying any additional charges associated with the purchase and registration of the vehicle.

2. Payment:

1. All payments must be made in full before the vehicle can be released for delivery. Carisol Group Int'l accepts payment via cash, bank transfer, cheques, and other approved payment methods.
2. In the event of a canceled order or return, refunds will be subject to Carisol Group Int'l's refund policy, as stated below.

3. Customs Clearance and Delivery:

1. Carisol Group Int'l will collect the necessary funds from you in order to clear the vehicle from customs and complete the necessary paperwork.
2. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customs clearance process and other factors beyond Carisol Group Int'l's control. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure prompt delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
3. Any additional costs or delays incurred during the customs clearance process are not the responsibility of Carisol Group Int'l and will not be grounds for cancellation or refund.

4. Vehicle Registration and Ownership Transfer:

1. It is your responsibility to complete all necessary paperwork and procedures for registering the vehicle in your name and transferring ownership.
2. Carisol Group Int'l will provide all necessary documentation required for registration and ownership transfer at the time of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability:

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carisol Group Int'l shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the sale, purchase, or use of the vehicles.
2. You acknowledge that any information provided about the vehicles, including specifications, features, and conditions, is for informational purposes only and may not be entirely accurate or up to date.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

7. Amendments:

1. Carisol Group Int'l reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms and conditions will be effective from the date of publication on our website or other applicable channels.
